“We had an absolutely stunning service by Chef An. Our order consisted of today’s sashimi and today’s nigiri. Starting with very well curated performance of the chef, we could observe how well the chef manipulates the freshest fish, all carefully packed and prepared for the service. We could see how fresh it was by the color, the texture. Personally I really appreciated how well all the food and fish is stored and kept. Well done to the team!”
